How can I register for the show?

Is the show free to attend?
Entry to EduWeek event is free for all visitors.

Can I register upon arrival at the show?
Yes, you may register upon arrival at the show however we suggest you register online to avoid registration queues during peak times. Click here to register for your free pass.

Can I edit my registration details?
If you wish to edit your registration details, please go to the log-in details page our registration page (https://eventscentral.co.za/registrations/eduweek2016/login.php), enter your email address and password (found on your confirmation email). You will then be able to edit the information entered on the registration form.

Can I attend both days with the same visitor pass?
Your registration pass will enable you to attend the show on either of the show open days and as many times as you wish. Please note that our registration staff are required to carry out spot checks for security purposes and you may be asked to show proof of identification to re-enter the show.

What happens if I have forgotten my e-badge when I arrive at the show?
Our helpful registration staff located at the main registration area will be able to assist you by entering your surname on our data base to print your entry badge. Please provide proof of company name via business card or confirmation email. Entry to the show without proof of identification will be done at the registration staffs discretion.

Can I bring children?
We advise that children under 16 do not attend the event as this is a trade only event and there are no crèche facilities. A Childs entry pass will be required for all those under the age of 16 – these can only be picked up on the day from the registration desks in the main entrance. Anyone over the age of 16 will be required to register for the event via the normal process.
